PJ In The News

Sep 08, 2010 - Citizens Crawling for a Good Cause Sept. 11

On Saturday, Sept. 11, not only will the U.S. remember the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, but an annual tradition will work toward a great cause, much closer to home – The Solomons Bar Crawl and fundraiser.

This year, the Hurricane Alley Alumni Association will be raising funds for local PJ Aldridge, 44, who was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer in February of this year. PJ Aldridge was born and raised in St. Mary’s County.  His attitude and courage to fight the battle of his life is amazing! He has decided try to make a difference in other people’s lives and raise money for a Cure for Lung Cancer! So, with support of family, friends, and many others, he has formed the
Pj Aldridge Foundation.
